What we collect
In the course of our business, which is the sale of jewellery in our shop, we collect the following personal data when you provide it to us.
Online Orders; Personal details such as Name, delivery address and Billing address, email address and telephone numbers. With respect to card payment details we will only ever store information required by our secure payment method (Paypal). We keep a record of any transactions, details about payments from and to you and details about products purchased from us.
We will also keep a record of any email correspondence from you relating to orders, feedback, repairs or queries. This allows us to provide a better service to you.
Marketing Data; If you have chosen to sign up to our mailing list we will send you an email asking you to opt in. If you purchase in store or online you are not automatically added on to our mailing list. It is a choice not a requirement. You may choose to unsubscribe at any time by pressing “unsubscribe” in our email link. We will send occasional emails relating to new designers and stock, special event invitations, competitions and offers. We will store your preferences in relation to receiving marketing and data. It may be necessary for us to store personal data including; Name, Delivery Address, Billing address, telephone number, and information required to provide a service to you or to fulfil an order that you have requested.
Technical data; We may also us anonymous statistical data collected by our server and provided by cookies on your browser that does not identify any individual. For example; IP address, your login data, browser type and version, Time zone setting and location. This information allows us to analyse our services and products in order to provide a better service to you.
How we will use your information?
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to and with your permission. (if you have opted in to receive our newsletter) We will use your information to provide you with a better service and to tailor our marketing to your needs.
We will use it for our own accounting, internal record keeping and marketing.
